Hi doctor. My fiance had an medical abortion 10 days back and we had unprotected sex today.. though it is a pull out method . We are afraid whether there are chances of pregnancy.should i ask her to take unwanted 72 to be in safe side

Don't do sex until abortion process complete.
After medical abortion 1st 1-2 cycle will be irregular. Than it will regular.
But till use condom during sex.
Do ultrasound of pelvis to evaluate abortion is complete or not.

She is at risk for pregnancy, as ovulation can occur any time after abortion. Please be responsible and opt for condom or OC pills instead of putting the lady at risk every time
