For three months on that time my looks very good when I stopped mela care my skin looks very bad now what I have to do to improve my skin please help me doctor which cream i have to use

Using melacare for long duration without a doctor's advice is not good for skin as it has its own side effects. Stop it immediately. Do not get addicted to it. Do visit a nearby doctor, show your skin problem and get it addressed. I use skin peel treatments with skin safe lightening creams to handle problems of skin pigmentation. Do not advice any of your friends to start melacare by themselves without seeing a doctor. It's a harmful method.
