Hi I'm getting very small moles on my neck Nd face Nd those r very visible on neck.plz suggest treatment other then laser.earlier was taking homopethic treatment

The small movies on your neck are most probably skin tags (acrochordons). At the age of 33 if you have this condition it is more likely if you have excess weight or if you have diabetes or there is a family history of diabetes. However it would have to be examined to give confirmatory diagnosis. If they are skin tags they would have to be removed by laser power by radiofrequency ablation or electrocautery excision. Cream and tablet would not be effective and you would need a procedure to remove it. You can send a picture to consult online and confirm the diagnosis. Hope this is helpful. Take care.
