Hi, My mom had breast cancer surgery before 5 years and undergone chemotheraphy also.. now again a small CA lesion measuring 2 cm again came back in the same breast,,why its coming back again wat is the precaution to stop that coming again

Patient having had breast cancer once, have a higher risk of developing another cancer. Don't panic. Share the reports so I can suggest further line of management
