Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am suffering Fromm cold , headache it started at Jan 1st , but now my headache is increased , sometimes left side , some times right side . Yesterday I consult doctor she told it's not migraine.Because the pain is near ear it means leftside head middle. Now right side no pain, and cold is also not cured. Finally now also am suffered leftside head middle pain . It's very hurting.please help me what can I do now. Doctor suggested tablets : pantosec, paracetamol.
