Hiccups in babies
My baby 11months old she get hiccups after feed or during feed.Is hiccups normal. When I concern about it.how I treat this condition.can I give water to baby during hiccups. Hiccups period maximum half an hour. Please suggest me. When I see doctor.

These are normal in babies . Baby feeds and stomach fills up completely . He may or may not regurgitate a little after which hiccups start . The baby remains comfortable and playful during this period . There is no need of trying to stop them except for keeping baby upright after feeds or making him lie down with head end slightly elevated
