High blood pressure, 13 years on medic
My father has a problem of high blood pressure for 12 years, today he couldn't have rest due to our long journey and he didn't have passed stool today, so his BP is high even after regular medicine + sorbitrate 5mg.
he is also having muscle ache in his arm and cervical.
please suggest me what to do!
also give me a wayout for these type of problems if occurs in future.

Consult a physician who will do ecg and relevant tests to rule out any serious cardiac problem.if cardiac problems are ruled out then he will prescribe medications for constipation.
