High Blood pressure and Apple cider vine
Hi there..I am under medication for hypertension for the last 2 years and have been taking LOSARTAN-A 50 Mg every nice before bedtime.During day time my BP ranges between 135/85-130/85. I have been adviced by a lot of people to start taking apple cider vinegar which may help in controlling the BP to the desirable level and can get free of medicines.I have no history of BP to far in my family.I weigh 92 Kgs at a height of 5-9" aged 32 Yr. Please suggest if I can start having Apple cider vinegar.

You can take apple cider vinegar, natural anti oxidant but i dont think with this BP and 2 salt combination will be able to stop medication completely. Try to reduce weight, take <5 gm salt per day, moderate exercise daily for 30 min.. All this may help you to bring BP in control and even may reduce your medication requirement but all needs supervision by a cardiologist
