Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods,pickles,packed foods,excessive salt etc...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...take medication regularly and be in a regular fallow up with your physician they will do the needful.
