High blood pressure
I am 22 years old man. checked my blood pressure(muliple times). It was 160/100 the last one. Before that it was 140 upper limit, the lower limit i don't remember. Doctor has given me stamlo 5(amplodipine tablets -5mg). Please suggest if anything more i should do to improve my health.
P. S: I didn't see any specialist doctor. Just a local one.
