If asymptomatic
Then go for basic investigation
1st step to confirm HTN by Home BP monitoring or ABPM
If True HTN then require REnal function test and Urine R/M and USG abd if any evidence of asymatrical size of kidney may require Renal v/s doppler to look for any evidence of renal artery stenosis electrolytes including sodium and potassium , ECG
Start with amlodipine and salt restrictions
