High creatinine and urea
Hello Dr, One of my family member (male of age 51) has been diagnosed with high creatinine level. One week ago the level was 6.4 and now it's 7.4. He generally suffers with high blood pressure n headache. But after giving him Dr.'s Prescribed medicines his blood pressure has become normal. But the urea and creatinine and potassium has increased... Please do advise how can we lower the creatinine. I'll be Grateful to you Looking forward for your response. Thank you Regards, Reet Kaur

You need to get some more tests done. We have to find the cause for the creatinine to rise. USG scan of abdomen is essential to rule out any block in the kidney. Then continue medicines and monitor creatinine.
