She is 2 years old,from yesterday night she is down with high fever . We have given medicine that is calpol 120 mg suspension, Taxim-o oral suspension and colimex suspension ( that was suggested by a doctor when she was 1.7 years old ). One more thing I noticed she is also suffering with gas problem and when she eats medicine then she face vomiting tendency and sometime she vomits. Want to know we are giving right medicine or not?pl advice us.

Just continue colpol for fever control. Stop giving taxim-o as its antibiotic and it is not required in this scenario. Never give antibiotics without consultation. It may cause lots of problem. You can visit to your pediatrician incase new complaints develop.

If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
