I am suffering from high fever during night , it reaches 103.5. it generally starts from 10 pm and last till morning.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Practo "As" per your clinical history is concerned do few investigations like CBC with differential and a malaria test to know the exact cause of the fever. Record your body temperature every 6 hours and take medications as per clinical findings only. Hope that helps
