  4. High fever. Can i give it to him?

My kid suddenly have fever and I am travelling by train. I have only meftal forte. Can i give it to him ? His age is 6 and weight is 20.

Hello.... Meftal forte is used to treat mild to moderate pain associated with inflammation and pyrexia. ... It contains mefenamic acid 500 mg, paracetamol 325 mg.... Mefanamic acid of 200 mg is sufficient for child of 20kg... So make it half and give it one stat... Better to buy syrup if possible..
