Dear , don't worry
But sorry to say avoid self medication.
You are using over dose to patient , as per your given information Calpol and meftal p in both paracetamol is there.
Consult any physician Or paedritician.
One dose of plain Calpol till u consult doctor is ok but avoid self medication.
In India doctor fees is very cheaper than one movie ticket.
Clinically to find put reason behind fever.
Give plenty of liquids Consult doctor
You need to give him antibiotics. Is he having cough, sore throat or painful swallowing or not taking food properly or fever with chill or vomiting or loose stools or rashes. Kindly give proper history for better management. Till then give him CALPOL and COLD SPONGING to relieve fever. Thanks
U need proper Homoeopathic medication for sure...For initial If temp get above 100 ° F then u must have to do sponge bath n apply cold bandage on head..
