High fsh and missing periods

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Doctor my age is 34 and my tsh : 3.5 Hypothyroidism Vitamin d: 18 Fsh: 199 And Amh : 0.01 and I didn’t have periods since 7 months what treatment I should take to normal every thing please help me.
