High Lipoprotein
HELLO doc, My lipoprotein test has 82.36mg/dl value and average blood glucose is 80mg/dl. is there anytime to be concerned of? Also how can I Lower my lpa.

Take Atorvastatin 20 mg daily at night after dinner for 6 months and test again. Lifestyle changes are required. Take well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Avoid Deep fried foods and fastfoods. Have regular physical exercises for 1 hour daily in the morning.
