If you really want the reason of high Prolactin then you will have to go for CT Scan Brain. If you want to start treatment without waiting for the diagnosis of reason then you should consult with your Gynaecologist. A full clinical examination will be required and after that a medicine may be started.

It is high but not very high borderline so it is due to stress and inadequate sleep just do regular workouts for 20 days and repeat test
