I'm 6 weeks pregnant and unable to bear any smell and couldn't eat anything for almost a week now. High nausea and tiredness. I eat a spoon or two food and couldn't survive with this. What should I do?

Hi there,
Do not force yourself to eat.
Just eat whatever you like or want to eat.
All home made.
Take tab doxinate twice a day. Empty stomach and one early morning and one in evening.
Drink lots of water.
Take multiple small meals.
If unable to eat.
Kep eating two spoons at a time and another two spoons after sometime.
This happens. Very common in pregnancy. Nothing to worry about.
