High sugar in urine but not in blood

Hi. My name is Akshat and i am 23 years old. I got noticed from some months my body getting slim and i feel most of the times hunger. My hair started getting thin and also body hair after touch fall. Then i did check ups and in my reports urine sugar is high but blood sugar is normal. I dont know now what to do.

It's Renal Glucosuria. Though I would recommend that u get your HbA1C tested to be sure that it's not diabetes.
