High triglycerides
What ae the causes of higher triglycerides in blood ?  I do a regular 5 km walk every day on intermittent fasting routine. I also keep my weight constant. But even then my regular blood test shows higher level (220mg) of triglycerides.Earlier test 6 months before it was 200mg   Is it an indication of pre diabetic? .

Make diet and lifestyle changes to lower TG Level Lose some weight Do exercises, running etc Limit fats, sugar in your diet Eat food in small amounts but instead of 2 times eat 3 or 4 times but in small amount Do not eat high amount at a time (Quit smoking, limit alcohol)* if any
