Need to know about his Body mass index of the person. The TSH levels indicate Thyroid function is low.

advise to start brisk walking and exercises for atleast 30 min daily ( keeping his age in view). and repeat the Thyroid function tests after 1 month. if TSH is still above 4, then he needs to start treatment
