Hello, i'm going into V.C.E and I don't want to do math, however, I do want to be a doctor? Is it possible to not do math and become a doctor? What are my choices? What are the possible pathways?

Yes you can be a doctor without taking math, the options will be dependent on your school. You require physics, chemistry and biology for applying for medicine seat.
