Lumbar spondylosis with degenerative disc disease.disc dessication with annular disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation and mild bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing at L5-S1.posterior annular tear.altered marrow signal intensity with subarticular erosion in left sarcoiliac joint.patchy marrow enhancement on 1.5 contrast administration.No associated soft tissue-suggestive of sacroilities.please correlate with HLA-B27.

In Females Ankylosing Spondylitis is less likely so required workup for Vasculitis
