Hit by wall on head, some blood came out

Yesterday I was hit by wall on head. Some blood was also came out. I used turmeric powder nd blood clotted. Today I had a head bath and some blood came out again and it was paining. Please suggest me any tablet Nd let me know is it good to use pain killers for that.
