Firstly mixing blood in drinking liquid is something very unlikely to happen, unless someone intentionally does it so. The acidic pH of the stomach is not conducive for the microbes, but in any case if there are mucosal damages and bleeding points like ulcers there is a minute chance for contact with the microbe depending on the amount of blood in the drink, and the viral load in the blood. Hence multiple factors are to be taken into consideration. The premise of this question itself is a question. I hope Practo guidelines are in line with NACO Guidelines for HIV Testing and pretest counselling protocols. Otherwise these kind of questions have to be addressed face to face, not online.

Hello Nothing to worry. HIV gets destroyed by Acid of our stomach.. But if you have a gastric ulcer or any oral lesions that is bleeding there is a very negligible chance of spread.
Next Steps
overall I hope nothing to worry.
