Holter monitor report

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello, I had 24 hour holter monitoring test done because of constant palpitations and skipped beats. Can you please review it for me it says 36 SVES beats is it normal or a cause of concern. It also says that out of 96109 beats 31 were ventricular beats. Is it a cause of concern?
