Doctor I am 17 year old can u suggest some home remedy for treatment of vertigo . I have been experiencing balance disorder and spinning sensation for past 6 months .

U take jeera coarsely ground one tsf.,addto a glass of water,boil till it reduces to 1/4.strain and drink with little jaggery.,in empty stomach daily once /twice a day.take laghusuthashekar ras one each before food in the afternoon and night. Get Checked with a physician.
