Allopathy medicines for anxiety and restlessness shows side effects like dowziness, weakness, Suicidal thoughts,etc. In the same way homeopathy medicine for these problem can also show side effects?

In Allopathy for these type of problems they put patients on sedatives ( to promote calmness and inducing sleep) because of that drowsiness and weakness and other symptoms like confusion mood swings, increased anxiety etc .. are very common side affects in allopathy.
in Homeopathy we treat the root cause here not using any sedatives like medicine so gradually patient became normal without any side effects...
