  4. Horse shoe kidney. A serious problem?

Horse shoe kidney
I had slight back pain. My ultrasound result shows Horse shoe kidney. Also my right kidney is 7.5 × 3.2cm and left kidney is 7.9 × 4.2cm. Both kidneys are shown small in size in ultrasound. Did I have kidney atrophy? Is this a serious problem?

This is a congenital condition... Back pain may not be related to this... This is not an alarming problem... Send imaging study report and other investigation s reports
