How 2take oral contraceptive for 21 days
If I use "unwanted 21 days" tablet (oral contraceptive to avoid pregnancy) for 21 days starting from 1st day of my periods(menstrual cycle). After 21 days, I will give it a 7 days gap as directed on tablet pack. Tablet packaging says to take the next pill on 8th day. But what if my periods don't start by 8th day as I have 35-40 days menstrual cycle. Should I take the pill on 8th day even if my periods don't start?? Please explain this for my problem as my periods are irregular..
