How control my HbA1c
What is HbA1c ?.  My HbA1c is 6.85, I m planning for baby?is this dangerous.How to control it. Should I change any diet.

HbA1c or glycosylated hemoglobin of 6.85 is not dangerous but you should always try to control it to bring it between 6 to 6.5 and diet surely can’t really help you.
