How I get my periods immediately?

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I did not get my periods and due to delay in period I am not feeling well my whole body is In pain and I got a lot of stress now because my last period was on 3th of Dec and now it's 2 to 3 days up. I eat a lot of warm things to induce my period but in vain I also do pregnancy test but I am not pregnant too
