I took an unwanted 72 pill on Thursday evening and had sex on Sunday night . Are there any chances of getting pregnant?

I pills should take within 72hrs of unprotected sex. According to guideline.
But it's not 100% protection. So u have to wait for ur next period. If missed your regular period date than do urinary pregnancy test with morning urine sample and inform me result for further advise
