How to avoid Placenta insufficiency
After marriage of 1.4 years, I got pregnant naturally and in the 6th month TIFFA Scan, we found that placenta insufficiency with absent diastolic flow and the baby growth is lag for 2 weeks.
So Doctor advised to abort the baby and aborted the baby in the 6th month of pregnancy like normal delivery.
The abortion has happened 6 months ago. Now I am planning to conceive and get pregnant. Please suggest me what precautions to be taken to avoid placenta issues this time and get healthy baby.
Please give me some tips to have healthy pregnancy without any placenta insufficiency issue
