Hello how can i find whether i am latose intorant through blood test. I suffer from ibs amd continuously suffer through diraahero when milk consumed post 1 day

There is no specific test to confirm this. Some test may only indicate with a doubt. So tests only add to the doubts.

just avoid milk for some time and if u have no SYMPTOMS then u should avoid taking milk derivatives. except curd may be taken .
