HOW TO CHECK METABOLISM OF BODY FOR FAT
I AM 18YRS OLD BOY OF HEIGHT 5 FT 11 INCH AND BODY WEIGHT 87KGS.MY BMI IS 27.I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW CAN I CHECK MY METABOLISM RATE BECAUSE I AM GETTING FAT.PLS TELL ME THE TESTS TO CHECK METABOLISM RATE.ALSO SUGGEST ME HOW MUCH WEIGHT I NEED TO REDUCE. I ALSO HAVE ASTHMA AND I AM TAKING INHALERS AND MEDICATION.I ALSO HAVE DIGESTION PROBLEM.ALSO TELL ME IF DO I NEED ANY OTHER  TESTS  OTHER THAN METABOLISM RATE TEST.THANK YOU
