How to check my lungs are in good condit

Hi sir/madam, I myself need to know whether my lungs are in good condition or not till now I am safe with covid and vaccinated two doses 2nd dose completed 29 days back If by unknowingly I get covid then mmy lungs are in good condition or not I want o know because I am BP patient using mascart h tablet so please guide me
