How to combine supplements
Hi, I am getting married in March and am looking to naturally increase my breast side and gain some weight in general (I am very tall and Linky) I have been using herbs: fenugreek, omega 3, maca root, breast actives, and vitamin 3. I have decided to switch over to bovine ovary for faster results so my first question is do I need to take a break and maybe do a cleanse before I switch to bovine ovary? And my second question is, should I combine with female hormone blend by soloray?

Hello. Kindly do not use these above mentioned Products, cause they don't have human control trial studies data which is insufficient and making innocent people foolish. If you really want to increase your breast size, also called breast augmentation,  you should consult a plastic surgeon. I know a best plastic surgeon Dr. Vijay kakkar,  who is sitting in Mata chanan devi Hospital. You have ample time and a minute cut is done during the procedure, which will be vanished in a few days. Its a painless procedure and numerous images would be Shown to you, which Type of  breast augmentation is suitable to you,  also suggested by the plastic surgeon. He will also make an imaginary outline of your breast and many more. These substitutes and supplements, will give you no results,  I bet with you. Regards.
