Im getting married in march,would like get suggestion on how to get gud glow on my face and skin. Im having good diet as well.

Eat healthy food, try some mild exercise everyday,Avoid too much sun exposure, avoid stress and stay hydrated.

Hi Mam, Heartiest congratulations for your marriage. Few tips for your  glowing skin: 1) Hydrate yourself with atleast 3litres of water in a day . 2) Eat fruits rich in Vit C such as oranges , sweet lime , amla , strawberries . Have 1 glass of warm water with 1/2 lemon juice twice a day after meals . 3) Apply sunscreen with SPF 50 twice a day . Once at 8 in the morning and then at 2 p.m. 4) Always wash your face after coming home and rub ice cube on it. 5) Mix aloe vera with vit E capsule and apply it overnight. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight. Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out Wear full sleeves shirt. Use umbrella when going in sun. For more details u can consult online
