How to get rid of typhoid weakness
I got fever on 26th July, it comes 3 to 4 times every day that too 103 degree , nothing is coming in reports did ESR, CBC, Malaria so I got afraid its been 4 days am suffering from fever, normal paracetamol is not helping me,have to take Meftal Forte to control fever.
After 4 days in test typhoid is diagnosed
I started antibiotics for typhoid & 6th day onwards fever stop coming
But after that I got soo much weakness, taking fruits coconut water semi liquid diet but there is no improvement
whole day I hve to sleep cant sit also
Pls let me know how to get rid of this killing weakness

Firstly typhoid treatment will take 14 days and 3 months to recover gut from typhoid injury. You have to take precautions. Drink warm water only . Take probiotics and eat high protein high carbohydrates and low fat diet. Have curd and bananas and restrict oils and chillis and spices .
