Dear sir Baby age 1 and half month this is my 2nd baby .. am mot getting breast milk more than ..how to increase breast milk even am using lactose tablet per day 2 for milk. so please te any tips or home remedies or anything it will help me thanks

Have lactare granules in milk twice a day. Take traditional galactagogues like sonth, jeera , methi , masoor ki daal and saboodane ki kheer. Eat a healthy balanced diet with plenty of fluids. Feed your baby on each breast( one breast at one time ) for at least 20 to 30 min and stay relaxed
