My LDL is high and HDL never increases to normal level. It stays in range between 30-35. Recently I lost 10 kg weight (now 79kg), doing physical excercise, changed diet still HDL is at 35... Can someone suggest me food or Medicine to increase HDL ?

HDL is good cholesterol. To increase it , kindly take handful of nuts everyday. Take chia seeds in milk or water daily. Take flexseeds, sunflower seeds, mixed seeds daily
