How to lower cholesterol levels
I am 46 year old male and have a sedentary lifestyle. Event I got my blood tests done in which my cholesterol levels were 260. Is it very high? If yes, what should I do the lower my cholesterol levels? Are there any food stuffs which can help in decreasing the counts? Will change of cooking oil be helpful?

Its borderline high. Should do 30 mins of brisk walk every day.. eat green leafy vegetables , grains and fruits in diet. Avoid fried and junk food  Cooking oil doesnt make a difference, still olive oil has a slight edge
