How to maintain electrolyte balance
Sometimes the sodium level dips as we follow low sodium diet and no salt food and potassium level is bit higher..are low sodium salts bad for health..how to maintain the balance..

Your age group do not require low sodium. You take proper salt in proper dose .

Hello Ma'am, approximately 2 GM.salt per day is sufficient for good health, U can take seasonal fruits and vegetables coconut water pomegranate juice Banana etc
