How to reduce my Thyroid level
Hello Dr, How can I reduce my TSH Level. My TSH Level is 9. Due to this my weight has increased by 2-3kg in the last 2-3 months. Suggest me a diet plan .

Generally for thyroid , medication has the only importance, as it is hormone Hormonal imbalance can be reversed by reduce your stress level, by exercise and healthy diet, along with medication But T3,T4 should be low along with high TsH So consult with this detailed history and management
