Hello dear In lockdown period, don’t go for walk Try yoga. Start with yoga for joint flexibility to avoid ankle or other joints pain. Next, don’t make short plans but long term plans of weight loss. Obviously diet plays important role. Only very vigorous exercise may sometimes can affect your periods & breastfeeding
