How to stop recurrence of kidney stones

I had lithotripsy before few months to remove 7mm stone in the left kidney but the problem is I have another stone in the size of 4mm in the same kidney.Again I'm not ready to face that heavy pain and undergo operation.so please suggest me how I can "dissolve the 4mm stone".
Also I wanna know how to stop the recurrence of the kidney stones
Please help me .. Awaiting replies 🙏🙏
