Is there any treatment available for numbness in hands? I have been having this problem since some time and thought it to be major. I am 28 year old female. now my numbness takes a lot of time to become normal. Will exercises of hands help me to get relieved? Do not want to take medicines.

numbness is usually due to nerve compression. first have to identify which nerve or nerve root is being compressed and treatment is to be done accordingly.
